Default OBD2 No working

Well as the title says iv checked all the fuses and its a 2001 Auto crusier. Im lost on this

Yeah the whole key code thing sliped my mind it was just the battery code. The plug in down there looks pretty bad im gonna get one from the junk yard tommorow sence i gotta go that way anyways.
