Default Airbag year compatibility.

Hey everybody. Been on the forum for a little bit, but this is my first post.
So I have 2 questions I need help with.
First, I have an 05' convertible. Last week the airbags deployed. I found someone selling a set from an 02'. I just need to make sure both passenger and driver side airbags are compatible from both years.
Second, I know I need to replace the clock spring, but do I need to replace the module as well?
I did search but really didnt find a definite answer to my question.

in accordance with service manual, PT 06 you should replace air bag and clockspring assembly but replacement of module is not required. regarding air bag interchangability between different years I would suggest research air bag part numbers between doner year vehicle and your year of PT. Or easy way is just call Chrysler dealership and try to match part number of doner vehicle with your VIN number..
