Exclamation Need Help Idenifying the Transsion Part I Nee

Hi Ya'll I'm Amy.

I am new around here. I just purchased a Off White 2006 PT Cruiser Touring Edition Non Turbo with 84,000 miles on it and It had bad motor mounts when I bought it.

I put on the new mounts only to find that the two transmission mount bolts that come from the top are all messed up.

Me and my friend determined that we need the bolts and the bracket that they screw into that is directly on the transmission. I am not sure what that bracket is called and I could really use some help.

Thank you guys! I have been using this forum to help me put on the mounts, the brake drums and the serp. tensioner pulley and I know you guys are awesome.

Welcome Amy, follow documents link in my signature to the parts manual section.
Download the parts manual and find part name number.
That part may be same all years (you can DL an '01 manual and see), or may even fit the Neon, so a junkyard could have it.

If threads are stripped you can use thread inserts (heli-coil) so the entire part isn't replaced
