How do you dyno test your car?

Grouch is right.
I've dynoed several non-turbo PTs with varied intake/exhaust mods.
Everything from bone stock to $1000 in mods all ran between 103hp and 116hp at the wheels.

My $1000 in nitrous mods gets me in at 190.3hp at the wheels.
