Default Blown a/c fuse

I 2001 PT Cruiser. It keeps blowing a/c fuses. I thought it was the fan motor so I took it out and found that it was fine. I checked the relay and it was good. My next task was going to check the resister, but I can't locate it. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I have the Haynes and Chilton manuals for the 01-03 cruisers. There's two pages of schematics for the Air Conditioning and Heating System and there's no "resistor' mentioned.

The blower motor resistor is located in the cowl, at the base of the windshield, passenger-side, beneath the cover over the windshield-washer reservoir.
There are two different style resistor blocks depending on whether the vehicle is equipped with A/C or not.

What fuse is blowing? As more than one fuse is connected to the A/C system, this is useful information if we are to help. Good luck.
