Engine error / need help ASAP

Default Engine error / need help ASAP

I have a 2003 pt cruiser gt ,, check engine light has came on and have lost power ( acceleration , it's bogging down , shaking ) , engine codes p0351 , and most recently p0300 ,, have changed the coil , spark plugs , wires , and crankshaft positioning sensor ,,, and the problem is still happening ,,, been to a mechanic multiple times ,, this is a continued stress and I need help ASAP ,,, ANYBODY PLEASE !!

Tery the cam sensor. Bur first check the wiring to both crank and cam sensors for any sign of damage. The 300 may be a symptom of the other code.

Thanks I actually started having the problem again while headed to the local parts store to purchase the cam sensor and I got under the good wiggled the wire around leading to the can sensor and the car ran great , the most quietest it has been ,,, I'm keeping fingers crossed this is the problem ,,, won't know for sure until myself or the mechanic have put it in ,,, but I want to say thank you for the advice ,, sincerely

Sounds like the plug and or wiring may be your problem sense the wiggling made a difference. I would look at that more. Moving the wire should not have made a difference other wise. Your welcome as always.

Well just have to wait to have someone help me in putting in the sensor and checking the wiring , etc , sooo now it's just a waiting game but I did buy the new CAM sensor and am also going to by the Connecter as well and when I an get my mechanic to work on it ill know if it's the problem or not ,,, I was thinking of doing it myself ,, just haven't ever really worked on things other than minor things ,,, wondering if it's something I can do myself possibly ??

An 8mm wrench or socket and the plug in. That's about all there is to it.

Hope you bought a Mopar cam sensor - mystery brands often don't work or only work for a short time.
