flowmaster dual exhaust

I have a Flowmaster with single exhaust,sounds real sharp.But you may need ear plugs.

like cruiseing,meeting new people and sailing on the bay in my other cruiseer.

I have the Flowmaster "American Thunder" dual system on my PT. What did you want to know? It was easy to install, sounds much better than stock, can't really tell if it added anything to performance. The upswept tips are kind of cool looking and I don't get the dreaded highway "drone", that's probably because the system not only has the muffler but a a resonator also. Only drawback so far was that, after I lowered it, the pipe hit the rear axle on hard bumps. I took it to a muffler shop and they tweaked a bit so that it doesn't hit now. Seems to be a good system for the price.

I put on the Borla split exhaust. Looks good but the drone in-cab is a little annoying. I like something that doesn't sound like a rice burner, like a set-up with a resonator would be good. Look up BTG exhaust too, nice set up. My $500 set up gave me the million mile garentee, but would like to add resonators to cut down the drone, good luck in making your choice.

The BGT system from pt-tuning IS AWESOME/ no mufflers/ just two resenators/ sounds like a V8......in a word. "TOUGH" I know people that sold off their Borla system for this one, once you try it, its a no brainer decision turbomangt

i spoke with a guy yesterday with a Flowmaster exhaust. he said absolutly NO DRONE what so ever and he can still access his spare and he has a trailer hitch. Good Luck!
