Question Missing at idle

Hi, my 2004 GT HO auto stick misses at idle but seems to run fine once going. Codes are P0300 & P0304. The check engine light comes on then goes away once I drive for a while then pops back on when it starts missing. I have spark at the #4 plug (put a timing light on the plug wire) and at first was thinking it was maybe the fuel injector, but now thinking the computer.
Anyone have any thoughts or solutions?

The computer shouldn't/won't affect just one cylinder. You have spark so rule out the coil. There's still the plug injector and any vacuum leak around that cylinder that could cause the codes. The rubber oblong gaskets between the upper and lower manifold at cylinder #4 could cause a small vacuum leak. You also might want to have a compression check of all the cylinders and see if the No#4 cylinder is lower than the rest.

When it's missing, spray some starting fluid along the intake manifold seams - if the missing goes away, you need new intake manifold gasket.

Did that before I put that new turbo on. Also has a new intake gasket.
