Default Will not start

I have a 2008 PT Cruiser (not Turbo) It suddenly will not start. The Hazard lights were left on and we assumed drained the battery. It would not jump start after this. I have since replaced the battery and had the starter and solenoid tested and they passed three times. The car will still not start. Sometimes it will crank but not turn over. Other times it will only click.
Any ideas at this point would be very helpful. Thanks

Check all your cables and connections (battery, grounds and starter) for good contact and make sure there no corrosion anywhere. There's a ground cable that runs under the battery, check that.

Alternator? Those can just "go" without warning.

Ec; do what Cruzin said first. Buy a 12V test light and a couple of small jumper wires [radio shack/hardware store]. There is a starter relay on the firewall above the master cylinder. Do you hear it click? Or do you hear the starter solenoid click?

On a 2006, there are two ground screws on the left inner fender and one on the right inner fender [forward of the strut tower and almost impossible to find]. good luck
