Default Engine block coolant drain plug

Where is the coolant drain plug located on the engine block?

I've been around the engine a few times and never saw one on the block. You can drain the system from the radiator pretty well. There's a screw looking thing over a shaped part of the bottom radiator support, drivers side. Try that its the lowest part of The cooling system and all the coolant should drain out.

I did two drain and fills using the radiator petcock. I was just trying to see if it was possible to get more out. There appears to be a 3/8th drive plug on the bottom right side of the exhaust manifold. I think that's it. It looks like a differential plug. The coolant was changed at 5 years. I'll test the pH level and freezing point just so I can sleep at night.

If it's in the exhaust manifold then it's not a coolant plug. No coolant running through that.

It's not in the exhaust manifold. It's below it. I'm not going to worry about it until I have the extra money to get a freeze point and pH tester.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that is a oil passage.
