Default TIPM

Is the word TIPM the same as PDC? Where would it be located on a 04 model 2.4 L non turbo

No. The TIPM replaced the PDC on the 06 and up Cruisers. Be glad you don't have one. The PDC is mounted I believe down low behind the air filter box. Post #7 in this thread shows a picture where it is at.

Help with fuses--dead power outlets

As Ray said PLAINLY in his post, only the 06 and up have a TIPM.

Yours has a the PDC and it's located directly under the brake master cylinder. Mine has a custom decal and is outlined in white with white lettering and arrow. The red post you see is the remote jump start post.
