New Here - With a Computer Question...

Greetings - just found this forum, and liking what I see so far <img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle>
We are on our 3rd PT, an 03 GT, Inferno Red with factory flames. Loving it so far, but have a question: anybody know if/when a Mopar Performance computer swap will be available?? I've had a bunch of Chrysler turbos (2.2 and 2.5) in the past, and one of the first things I've done is swap in the Mopar computer...this alone is always good for a pretty notable spike in boost, and is about the best Bang For The Buck mod you'll find... real seat-of-the-pants gains <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>. I'm anxious to see what they'll do for the 2.4 Turbo.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for MOPAR. There are a couple of chips out there but I have no idea if they would work on the turbo.
Kennie Bell and ASE have programs for Cruisers but I haven't heard anything about the turbo. There was one fella on the forums that put an aftermarket exhaust on his turbo and took it off because it ran worse so I would be careful what you change. In my opinion it going to be awhile before you see anything for the turbo
