Default Rough Idle In Drive But Smooths Out In Neutral - ????

I have a 2002 DreamCrusier. All stock.

I was getting a roaring kinda growling sound at idle in gear. It was a lil rough as well. I would put it in neutral or park and it smooths out. I checked the forum for clues and then I replaced the spark plugs and wires. The problem went away for a couple days but now its back.

Any ideas? If the plugs and wires took care of it, why would it be a problem so soon again? Bad parts? Something else causing the plugs or wires to go bad? Something else all together?

Any help would be appreciated.

No, not that I could see.

Ive had the timing belt replaced and then the tensioner broke and I had to have it done again and get the head redone. It ran fine after that and I havent noticed any loss of oil.
