those go into the factory torque links commonly referred to as engine mounts. They take up the extra space in the rubber bushing to help eliminate movement in the mounts. They will add some additional vibration, it not really noticeable with a manual transmission. I installed two sets of them, one in the upper mount and one in the lower mount. The car feels a bit more solid on take off and especially during shifting as the engine doesn't rock back and forth quite as much.
I hear that doing both upper and lower with an auto trans is not advisable due to the increased vibrations, which is only noticeable at idle...

Is the Ebay seller misnaming those parts?...when I saw the ad, I thought they were some form of additional transmission mount bushings (add-ons) to keep the transmission from moving as far as with OEM

The picture you have posted is a insert for a torque strut mount. It can be used in the upper or lower mount.
This thread talks about and shows what the transmission mount looks like: transmission mount?

yes that correct, what is commonly refer to as the motor mount but is actually a torque strut.
I have not heard of or seen an insert for the actual transmission mount...

Back in my neon days I was looking at a set of these: Motor Mounts - Polybushings Transmission Mount Inserts 00-05 Neon I assumed the tranny mounts were the same for the Cruiser but after researching I found they are nothing alike.

That brings up another good point, I have heard of the zip ties breaking and then the inserts fall out... you can put long bolts in there instead or go the route I did and get a set of inserts for a Neon. The Neon set comes with inserts for both upper and lower torque struts and bolts to hold them in place. I have Energy Suspension ones...
