Default 2001 Limited Intake Manifold warped ???

I have a 2001 PT Limited with 55k miles....started running rough.......#4 cylinder misfire......replaced plugs, wires, Intake gaskets (o-rings)........cannot get upper/lower intake to seal......can heat and feel #4 leaking....

Is this caused by warpage ??

Is it best to replace top and bottom or just the top ??

Is this a somewhat common problem ???

WHERE can I buy a new intake ??

I found one at chrslerpartsdirect for 115 bux, but it does not say if it is the top...bottom...or both ??!!!!!!!

Thanks for any help...

Very unlikely you need a manifold, most likely it's gaskets.

That has been my thought also....but we have tried new gaskets from oŕiellys....new gaskets from the dealer......added silicone to the area.....and #4 just will not seal......it's really aggravating....

Any other thoughts/suggestions ?

Sorry, re-reading, you did say you replaced the gaskets.
Any signs on the gaskets you took out? Pinching/discoloration?
Torqued in proper sequence and to right torque?
Haven't heard of warped intake - not saying it's impossible, but...
