Welcome to the forum.
Electrical problem diagnosis is model year dependent. We need more information to be "usefully" helpful rather than just "could be..." helpful.

So you have no heater or AC blower fan speeds. You have no power windows. Do you have power door locks, head lights, windshield wiper, rear wiper, washers, flashers, turn signals, radio, dash illumination? What else?
