Fuse #20 (20 amp) in under-hood PDC.
Adding on edit, my info comes from Mitchell Repair Information Company 2002 electrical schematic.

According to my owners manual for the 2001 PT, it's fuse No#19 (Power Outlets) in the Power Distribution Center) PDC.

man, My owner's manual does not have that type of info, must be because I have a Mexican/Canadian model??

I looked at the Haynes bible for the 2001 pt and it just showed the interior fuse box.
