Huh, I must be a little retarded today, because alot of what I read does not make sense to me.

Has anyone tried the MOPAR performance wires? I put them on my Daughters Neon after the stock ones went bad at 60,000 miles and no problems for next 60,000! They look nice and big, fit in the original looms, are numbered, and are a nice blue color!!

I just installed the Performance wires (Blue) last week. I have 25K on the PT and decided to change to Champion Plugs and do the wires at the same time. Haven't seen any big change yet.

Don't expect to feel anything from plugs and wires unless you had a problem before - all you will get is replacement of wht you may have lost, and longer life/reliability.

Good idea wish I did that with my Daughter's Neon. After a hair less than 60,000 miles she suffered plug wire failure on two cylinders and the cost for emergency repairs at the dealer was over $300. Wires cost me $40 on eBay!!

That's all I was trying to say - it's maintenance, not a performance mod. You only feel a benefit if you've had a problem.

I had 3 Neons (counting daughter's) - they had TERRIBLE stock wires - At least they were easy to change...
