Default Constant over heating. No coolant in oil

The current problem I am having with my 2002 pt limited is a constant over heating while driving. The radiator was recently replaced and when this arose it was rechecked and determine to be fine. No extreme coolant loss and none in oil so I do not believe it to be a head gasket. Any ideas?

Has timing belt/Water pump been replaced?
Here's a recent thread that pretty well goes thru all overheating causes..

New here....and a question

Yes the timing belt was replaced recently and the water pump not too long ago. I was told that the low speed fan may not be kicking in but I'm not sure.

That thread I posted covers just about every cause of overheating...

Original thermostat?

If it's running hot at highway speed it probably isn't fan - that's more for stop-n-go cooling.

I had same problem last week, turned out to be a blown head gasket, car still in shop.
