Default Blowed out oring on intake manifold again!

Took the 03' out and ran it hard since the spec3+ is finally broken in and pulled back in the rpm was hanging around 3K. Thought yet another vac line popped off but saw the oring hanging out of the manifold. Today got a chance to change them out and took it out for another spin.

Got back home same thing again. Im only running 25lbs of boost but is a bigwheel stage3 turbo. Anyone ever have this issue? Manifold looks OK from what i can tell.

If i can track down the problem looks like im going to the aluminum OR convert to a srt4 setup.

I'm not a turbo guy xwing, but I know the properties of physics apply to all things. Air, just like water and electricity, will look for the path of least resistance and expose any weak points. IF it's the same cylinder every time...ya got a weak point.

So I'd say either there is a flaw or damage to the manifold at that place IF it's the same one every time and if it's NOT... it may be that the manifold is not ridge enough to hold the pressure and going to aluminum might cure it.

Well, that or a catastrophic detonation if it's a bigger problem than just a weak manifold. ;~)

But as I said, I'm no turbo guy. There MAY be something in the setup or even the timing that's causing too much back pressure that can be corrected with the PCM. Maybe retarding the timing or richer fuel feed or something. I just don't know. Sorry!?!?

Maybe one of the turbo guys will chime in.
