Default Does this idicate a bad ignition switch?

Hello All!
Ok, back to the drawing board. A few weeks ago I had a problem with 05 PT(manual trans) randomly starting, boiled it down to being able to start her by jiggling the relay box under hood, where wiring harness, that worked for maybe 10 to 20 starts then I would have to do again. New thing is PT stopped while I was going 60 MPH down the rd, but this time I could not get her to start no matter what I did with the relay box. Had to have her towed home. So my question is now, I'm wondering if could be the ignition switch? I have done all the recomadations I have read on here, such as trying to start with direct wire to starter and all I get is engine trying to start but doesn't turn over, checked relays they are indicating no problems. Thanks for any input

Check PDC fuse #13 (20 amp) and the auto-shut-down relay.
Also check fuse #11 (10amp) in the dash fuse block.

Not sure what that means.
Trying to start usually means starter spins the engine, but no ignition.
"doesn't turn over" means starter doesn't turn engine.
MAY be switch, but check fuses and ASD relay first.
