Default Ecm Programming

I have a 2006 pt cruser that has a bad skim module and possibly
a bad ECM problems due to bad wiring. I have heard that the security can be turned off
in the ECM because some models don't have this feature. I am going to buy a ecm and have it programmed to my Vin except turn the security off and unplug the
Key module on my car. Does anyone think this would cause any other probl
