Default Can you identify these bolts

I had the shop do some minor hoist work on my PT due to the limited space to fix just about anything on the car.
Seems they didn't put it back together with what they took out.
Here are 2 bolts they left in the cup holder.
The smaller one is quite universal on the car, but the stud one bothers me, as any missing bolt should.
If you can identify where it might go, I would appreciate it.

not sure what they go to...

we may be able to help more if you tell us what work was done, that would point us in the area of possibly where the bolts came from.
rckstein and harrym like this.

Top looks like exhaust heat shield bolt or some other exhaust bolt, bottom looks like radiator fan bolt.

The car was in the shop to install the 2 copper washers located at the back of the Turbo, where the water recirculates. Due to not having monkey hands, balancing on tip toes, and trying to be sure the washer doesn't fall to the ground, I had the shop do it.
The 1 bolt could be the shield, so I will look to see if one is missing.
The second bolt (stud style) is the one that appears in my mind to be exhaust related.
I tried to get some good parts blow ups to see if the manifold is held on by studs, or bolts. I would assume studs?
