Default P507 error after replacing ground/torque strut

I've never had this error before. As I came to a stop light this morning, the engine light came on. I immediately pulled in to a parking lot and did the key dance to retrieve the code. I've looked over the forum, but can't find where to begin to locate the issue. BTW, my PT just rolled 204k miles. This forum has been a big help in keeping my PT in good running shape. I must admit that I have typically been a noobie to anything engine related. But this forum has really helped me to do "simple" repairs.

Some background on recent repairs....
Since doing these repairs, the car seems to have more "pep" and no longer studders at idle, like it did before.

This past weekend, I replaced my main ground wires from battery to the side fender mount and also down to the block. I was having occassional problems with the car starting. When removing the air intake box, I noticed that the hose going to the valve cover is melted on one half where it attached to the valve cover. The foamy inside the air box is also covered in oil.

While under the hood, I also replaced the upper torque strut because I knew that it had torn through two of the three connecting supports. In the process, I noticed that one of the two M6 bolts mounting the throttle control was missing. So, I replaced it with a stainless bolt and nut.

Since the error code is related to the idle, could it be the placement of the throttle control?

Check the IAC (Idle Air Control) to see if it's plugged in...unplug it & re-plug it back in. You have a G1 PT so you can take it apart & clean the needle also.

Thanks. I'll give that a shot.
I'm assuming that I'll need to manually reset the code or go through a few drive cycles to clear the code?

Found the problem. Fixed it. Boy, do I feel stupid!

I left work today. While in the parking lot, I started the car and popped the hood to take a look. Immediately, I heard a loud vacuum sound. The hose connecting the PCV valve to the intake manifold had popped off. The end of the 90 degree "boot" was like mush and had a small tear in it. At that point, I remembered that I noticed a small tear in the end connecting to the PCV Valve when I was doing my repairs this past weekend. I removed that end and added some heat resistant tape to seal it off until I get a replacement. I must have pulled the other end loose enough to work its way free over the last couple of days.

Now, for another question...
Other than the dealer, where can I find a replacement for this hose and the short bent one that leads to the air filter box (at the other end of the valve cover)?

Thanks for the help.

I looked for the short air box hose on there. I couldn't locate it. Haven't been on there yet to look for the PCV line.
I love Rockauto. Best pricing anywhere and their shipping is cheap and fast for me for many items due to their location related to my home.

Ok, located the hose for pcv valve/intake manifold. Still can't find other.
Also need a source for the sponge filter in the air box.
Thanks
