Santanadharma, you continue to amaze me with your electric/electronic skills. Is there anything you haven't gone through on your PT?

This explained why over rotating after removal will allow it to start. Finds a clean spot that it couldn't reach before. Cylinder reaches max travel and you can't go any further. Will be retrieving the old one and getting it ready for a future need. Really didn't expect it to be that heavily built. Just figured it to be wore out. This will make a great sticky. one thing though. I don't care for the White lithium grease, as it dries out. Maybe some electrical contact grease? If I can find some. Just me. Anyone got a better lube for this?
