Default 06 pt non turbo low compression #1 cylinder

just got this 06 new to me. car has 107,000 miles timing belt put in 2012 not sure what mileage. what i replaced so far, battery. took fan out bench check both speeds worked check relays fan does come on when ac is turned on was low put freon. ac did cool for a day blows hot again but gauge show freon pressure in there. in another question later

tried new plugs & wiring. trying to correct miss rough idling after runs great at higher rpms. code pt301 is one before i get into codes get the big one out of the way. codes read (pt0108) (0123) (0562) (0685) (0688) (0700)

did a compression test #1 read 95 2-4 all ran around 170 or good. try to do a leak down test took out all plugs made sure both intake and exhaults are closed put air in the cylinder no leak. what it did was turn the or air would push down the piston till the intake would open to release air. tried on all cylinders same results.
now this would tell me i have good valves seats that head is ok, well i have not done a leak tester on the radiator to see if there is a leak or blown head gasket. not problem with oil or water mixed.

would this indicate maybe bad pistons or rings crack maybe?? still loss of compression could be from head gasket??? if this is looking at a major rebuild time to retire the car maybe not worth the money with the problems this model has. can some advise me on a good direction on what to try next.

I wonder if it's been idling badly since 2012. Rough idle that smooths out at higher RPM is a symptom of improper valve timing. The timing marks on these engines are hard to line up correctly - even pros get it wrong more often than you would think. Maybe that could also cause low compression in #1?
The codes indicate problems with the MAP sensor, throttle position sensor, and PCM.

...and the P0700 is a generic code for something wrong with the transaxle which a scanner/code reader is needed to dig deeper into what's wrong.

Do you know if the belt was replaced before it broke or did it strip the cogs off the belt? If the belt was out of time I believe the compression test would show that all the cyl compression would still be about equal psi.
