Default Without bad luck I'd have no luck at all

I've never been part of a forum before so I hope I'm posting this in the right location. Today I was bleeding the air out of my 07 pt cruiser's cooling system. After the job was all said and done my ac clutch seized and I serpentine belt snapped off
The good news is the AC compressor itself seems to be fine. The clutch face plate was spinning freely but the Pulley was stuck so it looks like the bearings are broken. I got my hands on the manual and have been trying to get the clutch face plate off so I could remove the pulley and have the bearings replaced but the face plate just won't come off. I removed the one bolt in the center, hit it a few time with a rubber hammer (as the manual instructed) but it's still stuck on. I tried to pry it off gently but it's still stuck on.. any suggestions? any help would be appreciated.
- Arthur
P.s. I attached a pdf of the manual

Squart some penatrating oil on the shaft an let it soak.

Thanks for all the feedback. The compressor shaft bolt (the tapped hole) looks too small to attach a gear puller to it. I borrowed a ac compressor face plate remover but that was way too large to fit in the tapped hole.. I also tried soaking it in WD40 overnight but it's still wedged on. I feel as though the repair manual is missing something but that's not likely..

I use Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster when I am trying to loosen something up.

And, if that doesn't work, clean thoroughly and put heat (butane torch) on the pulley.

Thank you for the help! It was a real pain but I finally pulled the thing off. I replaced the bearings and haven't had any further problems with my ac clutch going on 2 months now.. Not to say other unrelated things haven't been on the fritz
