Angry suspected intentional damage

hey guys, I got an 02 touring with 4 bang dual overhead. step daughters soon to be x-boyfriend got his hands on it for joy riding. was told where the car was and suggested to the head gasket being blown. after towing home I cranked it and it turns over but no start. I checked the timing belt for cam crank and both cams are turning. the engine sounds like it doesn't have compression while cranking. read codes of 0300 x 2, 0302, 0303 x 2, 0442,0455,0551 x 2. the cylinder misfires are what's concerning me. I'll deal with the "evap and power steering later". I've read on this as far back as 2012. my question before I start throwing money at this is, is there a sure fire way to test and determine that it "is" a blown head gasket ?
a way to rule out the wires, coil packs, plugs, injectors and so on and so forth ?thanks for any response, terry

check for fuel and spark.

check the plugs to see if they're coolant soaked.

check that all fluids look normal level and normal color.

i'd doubt headgasket is the issue if it won't start. a car with a bad headgasket will usually still start. last headgasket i blew i was shooting large amounts of coolant out the tailpipe.

if he's under 18, check with his parents about the repair bill before bothering with anything

How many miles? He might have abused it enough to jump some teeth on the belt but not breaking it. Check the oil dipstick carefully to see if you see any antifreeze bubbles on the end with the oil.

There is a test that can be done to test for combustion gas in oil and coolant.
Clues are to be found by opening oil fill cap and looking for creamy froth, and opening radiator cap (when cool) to look at coolant for oil. A strange smell from exhaust from burning coolant is another clue.
Agree w/Rob, car usually starts and runs with blown headgasket.

I;m not sure how one could get a timing belt to break on purpose (besides not changing it)
