Question Help about LOW IDLE speed??? 2001 PT

2001 PT Cruiser with 2.0L Engine..

My car has Idle below 500RPM. It never stops engine but stalls..

I read IAC issues and pull the PCV hose to see what happens, Idle turns to normal like 750RPM..

So I cleaned a bit IAC motor but nothing happens

What should I do what may be the problem???

IAC controls air during idle via PCM. If its not working, cleaning will not make it work.

How many miles on the PT Cruiser?
Was there any work done to it recently?
Is the idle smooth or rough?
Is the idle rpm the same cold and at normal operating temperature?

This OP has a none US PT Cruiser. 2.0.
Although some similar suggestions can be made for generalized help the big problem is that fuel standards are very different outside the US. So this can dramatically effect how the engine will run. IMO it may be better for this OP to tell us what country he is in and have members from that country enter suggestion for the problem.

FREDI you should really first go start a "how do you do" thread and also attend to your profile.

Oh, so I need to replace it to be sure? May aftermafket IAC will be useful? Mopar parts is a bit expensive at my country..
Btw I noticed IAC pulls itself when I tried if it works without screws after cleaning..

Hi, my PT has 90.000 miles.. I have it about 3 years bought at 60.000 miles.. It has that problem since I got it!
Sorry its my bad, it has smooth but low idle!
It max 500 RPM.. But usually its low like 400RPM. Whrn I pull out the PCV hose it turns 750 RPM.

Hi there,
Sorry I am from Overseas, Turkey english is not my main language excuse for that.. I love American cars.. But here they are rare and sometimes parts and labor can be really expensive. The funny thing is I ask official chrysler dealer, "is it normal that low Idle? They have really no idea!:/
I search that forum and see that it can be related with that motor!! Its pity that Chrysler service have no idea about that.. There is no Error code or sign at my var
Btw part number is 4591611AA may be same with 2.4 PTs..
And here we have 95 octan fuel sometimes 97 which is at European standarts..
