Default Blown Headgasket?

I'm at a loss, Been having problems with the PT having a misfire that went away and now comes and goes but is there at idle (muffled popping sound in exhaust). I have pressure tested the cooling system and at 17 PSI it dropped to 14 in 4 mins, After doing the pressure test the misfire got worse to the point of tripping a P0300 code. New plugs & wires a year ago. Noted that the plugs had a green hue to them when I had em out last weekend. Cleaned and regaped at 40. Any ideas? This video is of the car once at operating temp.

You having overheating problems??
How many miles in that year since plugs & wires were changed?
What does coolant look like?
What does oil look like?

Was once when I blew a rad hose. Had to limp it to a gas station and it got close the red a few times. Oil is clean. About 20thou km. Collins was changed a year ago and now looks crappy . No signs of oil in it tho

Any moisture out of the tailpipe?
Take off the oil filler cap and see if there's moisture there?

Do all the spark plugs have coolant deposits on them?
