Default 02 base driving me crazy(er)

Hello all!!!....new to the forum and some tech advise. Back in the summer i was able to purchase a trashed, but complete 02' cruiser for $400.....i knew it had issues but i figured, what the heck...well after head gasket, timing belt/water pump...(It took me 3 times to get the darn thing in time..lol) , tune up, brakes all around, tires, power steering hose, battery, oil sending unit, several dash/cluster bulbs....and a very detailed cleaning inside and out.....i have got her up and running good....except....its hard to start when its cold....very hard. This morning it didnt start (about 30 degrees)....later in the day it finally started, but struggled to do that....no codes, coolant temp sensor reading right.... Are these prone to fuel pump failure, or rather should i say weakness?? checking pressure is all i have not done.(got to borrow a tester)...any other ideas? Runs great after she starts, with the exception of a slight shaky idle....

well honestly, i can do it with my eyes closed....lol But, i just cant see that being the problem...the last time i did it, i set it...loaded the tensioner...spun it over several time...re-checked and it was dead on.. I even checked the compression before putting the upper intake back on (all cyls at 125-140psi)

Did you happen to take pics? Could help rule that out. If starter is rolling the engine over. Not sure how that could play in.

It only happens when it's cold out...I swear someone posted here awhile back with the same problem.

How many miles? Injectors might be crudded up - try an injector cleaner like Lucas - can't hurt.

injectors seem fine... I ran a can of sea-foam thru the tank. I did remove and clean the throttle body and replaced the IAC trying to fix the shaky idle. What about plugs, and wires thoughts???...i replaced the plugs with autolite double platinum and the wires are part store aftermarkets...I also replaced the coil with a part store unit...I see alot of posts about spark plugs....seems everybody has their own prefered....
