Question Help ASAP!! White Smoke after oil-spark change..

Hey,

2001 PT Cruiser 2.0L with Auto. 90.000Miles on it..

It has serviced for 90.000 Miles.. Oil and Sparks changed. (Intake manifold and PCV valve removed and cleaned with gas)

After that car has started throwing "white smoke" with bad smell.. Usually it comes more at idle.. It is burning oil.

What might be my cars problem??

Engine specifications is Mobil 5w-30;
Mobil Superô 3000 X1 Formula FE 5W-30

Mobil Super 3000 X1 Formula FE meets or exceeds the requirements of:
ACEA A5/B5
API SL
Ford WSS-M2C913-C
Ford WSS-M2C913-D
Mobil Super 3000 X1 Formula FE is recommended by ExxonMobil for use in applications requiring:
API CF

IS IT WRONG OIL FOR PT CRUISER? There is no Chrysler MS-6395 label on it..

Have you been losing coolant? Has the engine overheated?
Are you sure you are not just burning blue smoke?
I would suggest you might be burning coolant.
It would be a good idea to do a coolant pressure check to see if its leaking somewhere.
How long have you left the engine running with the white smoke coming out?

I know a girl with a neon that did that. She put too much oil in it. Check the level

Hey there
No coolant issue happened car runs normal..
There is no coolant leaking level and coolant gauge is normal.. And it smells like burnt oil.

Too much like how much?

That smoke-smell started after new oil putted to the car..

I've checked it by myself and level is looks normal not looks exceeded..

BTW, a serviceman said it maybe Engine oil specs issue. So he told me to change cars oil again with which factory suggested?

Was there oil on the old plugs when they came out? Did the smoke go away? If plug seal on the valve cover is leaking. It fills the hole with oil and run in when plug is removed.

Simply change the valve cover gasket set. But oil only get in the motor when the spark plug is out. This would clear up in a short while after everything was put back together. And car burns out the residue.
