Default P0301 Code, Again

So my PT is throwing fault code P0301 - misfire on cylinder #1 again. The vehicle had a tune up last February (new plugs (stock Champion) stock MOPAR plug wires and a new MOPAR coil). Then in April when the code reappeared, the tech swapped plugs #1 and #4, but now the code is back but on the same cylinder, so that should eliminate the plug. What could be the other possible causes, or what to look at next? Thanks in advance for any help.

Injector, Weak cylinder, possibly coil if never changed. I know I'll get slammed for the last thing.

Only because he replaced the coil with a Mopar coil.

Might also be intake gasket, or the ignition wire.

I did say if never changed. If n/a probobly not gaskets. If moved plug. Most likely moved wire as well.

When the tune up was first done, I had provided the tech with Champion Platinum plugs, a new NAPA coil and Granatelli plug wires. When the code reappeared, the tech went back to the stock Champion plugs because by this time, I had received information from Champion that they don't recommend their platinum plug for the PT, just their stock RE16MC. But the PT still had the NAPA coil and Granatelli plug wires. When the code came back again, removed the NAPA coil back to a stock MOPAR and replaced the Granatelli wires with the stock MOPAR wires and that's when he switched plugs #1 and #4. So everything is back to stock components.

most on here will say the stock wires are not so good i wont say cheap junk but that has been said the coil from the factory is a tank and hardely ever goes bad as far as the plugs the only ones i heard about was the coated plugs do not work good in a turbo

but with all that said id still start the car and spray starting fluid aropund the intake to see of the motor revs

Compression test was done: #1 175lb, #2 170lb, #3 175lb, #4 175lb. Also a fuel system pressure test was done and the injectors were holding, no leak down overnight.
