Default PT 2001 won't start below 20 degrees

My PT cruiser won't start if it's below 20 degrees. New battery, New alternator. Turn the key and nothing. no trying to turn over, no noise, nothing. when the temp outside warms up to 19 or 20 it starts with no problem and runs great. any ideas?

How many times are we talking about?? I suspect your problem may really be a failing ignition switch and the temperature is just a coincidence.
Next time there is no start, push in on key and see.

When you turn your key to the on position does your dashboard light up when its below 20 degrees?
Does your headlights come on when it won't start.
