Default 2002 PT Cruiser will not start

My 2002 was involved in a front end collision a week before christmas. After making repairs the car will not turn over using the key. It will not even make a sound. If I jump the solenoid at the starter it turns over well but does not even sound like its trying to start. I don't believe it is getting fuel either. All ground wires and all wires are connected and all fuses are good. Please Help. Thanks

I would double check the ASD fuse.
See if you are getting voltage from the ignition switch to the starter.

I am not getting power to the small wire on the starter when the key is in start position.

Not sure if it means anything but the red dot between the fuel and temp gauges stays lit and blinks once and stays lit with the key in the run position.

Anything unplugged in the engine compartment during repairs?

What was extent of collision? Were some wires cut/pinched? Grounds could've been disturbed.

The collision was pretty fierce. Everything was above the bumper. Had to replace the whole front end. Did lots of damage to the skirts but I straightened them. It broke the power steering pump pulley and broke the top off of the starter. Once the starter broke power immediately died to the whole car. The starter wires were left just dangling for days and possibly could have grounded on something. I have no idea why the air bags did not deploy. The only thing I can think of if power died so fast to the car they may have not had time to deploy.

I think the little red dot is the security system (SKIM) key not being recognized

It gives you three chances then locks out and will not even try to start.

Key, Computer and Skim Module work together, Must be programed if any of the three were replaced.
Do you have another key with the thick grey end, try using it.

You know that is what I was wondering is if it were a problem with the anti theft system. The only key I have is the thick gray one. Once it locks you out what can you do to correct the problem?. I have all of the parts replaced and need to start driving the car again.
