Default Power steering pulley out of center

Hello everyone. I noticed today that the engine belt on the power steering pump is off its center. I have a whole rib riding off the edge of the pulley. What would cause this and how can I remedy it.

Thanks.

Was able to get a picture, not too defined though. You can see how the belt is off center enough to see ribs of ps pulley.

We bought used so have little certainty of work done. Only think I can think of is that the ps pump was replaced before and when they pressed in the pulley they went to far back.

Can you see axle sticking out from center of pulley? That would support your theory.

More that likely to be a problem with the tensioner pulley. Cheaper to fix to.
