Default Noise from front wheel. CV joint or bearing??

Thought it was brakes at first but new pads and discs on it when I checked.
Put hands at 12 and 6, shook wheel, no movement.
Put hands at 3 and 9, shook wheel and there was movement, changed faulty tie rod end. No movement now.
Whilst jacked up and turning wheel it makes no noise. Rubber boots on CV joints all intact.
It makes this noise every right turn and occasionally going straight. As parts ain't cheap I'm asking for advice on what this could be or if any of you have experienced the same.
Put video on you tube there now 2002 PT Cruiser noisy front wheel problem - YouTube
Thanks guys.

From my experience, it's usually the opposite wheel that is bad...your hearing noise making right turns, check the left bearing.
But, from that video...it sounds like something is rubbing...check the plastic wheel well covers on both front tires.

I've checked for anything that could be rubbing both jacked up and on the ground. Nothing found. As I come to a stop and the noise gets slower it really sounds like a rubbery squelchy noise.
I have a facebook group for buying and selling cars and someone on it who had a PT previously mentioned shaft bearings???? I asked him did he mean the gearbox output bearings but no response as yet.... Its a strange one....

Update: started making noise on left turns now too, also feeling the slightest wobble in steering wheel.

Are the brakes pulsing coming to a stop? You could have warped rotors and bad lower Control Arm Bushings

Only bought it last week. Rotors are pretty much brand new, have checked for warping and they're fine. Its turned into more of a creaking/grinding noise now. When I apply brakes there's a pulsing in brake pedal but only for 1 second then it goes away and it's normal feel.
Noise is definitely coming from front and most noticeable at low speeds. Very slight wobble in steering wheel, hardly noticeable.
If wheel bearing was shot, is it possible there could be no movement in wheel when jacked up? When I jack it up there's no movement in wheel at all, hopefully I can rule that out if so.

It may be the CV shaft going bad as when mine went it first sounded like a flat tire then a grinding noise.

But you have movement that you're feeling. So as for the wobble and pulsing that shouldn't be the problem. Doesn't mean they aren't the sound. If you have to pull the axle. You can turn the bearing by hand to see if they feel rough.
