Default Clutch Replacement

Would anyone have the factory repair manual that would be willing to scan the proccess of replacing a clutch for me, because i want to replace the clutch in my cruiser because whom ever had it before me beat the clutch into the ground as i purchased this car used and the clutch has seen better days.

I was intending on buying one from howell automotive with the fly wheel.

Also i will be doing it in the home garage with just jack stands and i just wanted any advice.

I have done several other clutches, i just wanted basically the repair manual guidlines so i know how complicated it is to take the tranny down.

Thanks

Dan

I believe there's a Haynes manual out for the PT - that's a very small investment....

Don't know if you have changed out the clutch on a front-wheel drive vehicle or not. If so, you have an idea of what you are getting into. If not, it is certainly more complex than a clutch replacement in a rear-wheel drive car. The section on the clutch in the '03 manual is covered in several sections that total over 250 pages since it is a part of the transaxle assembly.
