Default Still low idle and stalling - now what?

Replaced just about everything, IAC, cleaned everything, replaced plugs and wires, oxygen sensors, MAP sensor, and it still stalls at traffic lights. Is there a way to bypass the IAC and just shorten the accelerator cable to bring the idle up? Has anyone resorted to rigging the throttle? 2003 base model.

Have you checked your radiator fan?

Haven't noticed any issues with the fan.

Are you getting any engine trouble codes?
Do you know how to check the radiator fan?

No error codes, are there tests for the fan?

With the engine cold, start the engine, turn on the A/C and see if the radiator fan comes on.

After that turn the A/C off...let it get to temp...about the 1/2 mark & check to see if fan comes on.

Ok, but what does the fan have to do with the idle?
