Newbie here and need help bad! I have a 2002 PT cruiser 2.4 le with 64000 miles. Always runs good until I got on the highway engine cut out a few times, than later died completely. No service engine light comes on. Not too hot, but had to cool off for 30 minutes before it would start, than would start perfectly. Only ran about 15 minutes, than dies again, repeat five times. Would start with starter fluid, but would die within seconds. I'm out of ideas!
Thanks for any help! |

On the 2001/02 cruisers, the end of the fuel line is pointed out in my picture below and is where a gauge can measure the pressure. ![]() |
