Transmission issues

Good morning everyone and thanks for having me. I just picked up a 2003 cruiser. Had it about a month and out of nowhere the trans fees like it's slipping or sisengaging. Automatic. I've been looking around and saw something about ground straps. I noticed 2 hanging off in front and one by the muffler hanging as well. Can someone tell me or post a diagram of all the ground straps and mounting and routing points? I'm taking the car Friday to have the codes read. But I figure I should get this resolved first. Thanks for your help!

I would suggest taking the PT Cruiser to a transmission repair shop. They will give you the codes for free hoping you will have them repair it. Its better you know whats wrong with it before having someone else look at it.

I will post the codes. My old shop foreman has his own shop now with diagnostic capabilities for this trans. I'm going to eliminate my ground strap issues beforehand.
