Default New Ignition Switch - No Accessory Power

I recently replaced my ignition switch and lock cylinder, and just realized that when I turn the key to the "accessory" position, there is no power. Only when I go to the " on/run" position, just before cranking the engine ...

Any thoughts???

Thanks,

Altnn

Did you replace the ignition actuator when you replaced the key cylinder?
Does the chime goes on when you open the door with the key in or out?

I did not change the actuator pin, and the door chime sounds with the key in but not when it is out....

Could I have gotten a bad switch?

We have NOT had any power loss issues since I replaced the switch.

Thanks,

Alynn

Update, Again.... Now no door chime with the key in, unless I phish hard on the key / lock cylinder and hold it. If I let go, no door chime!

I am so frustrated now!!
