Default Aftermarket N/A Engine Parts

Hello, I'm looking to do a slight tune-up/upgrade to my 2003 N/A Cruiser (touring edition). I have a job opportunity to do some property maintenance, including plowing and salting private lots and roads, but cannot afford a bigger car. I can only afford the plow frame and salt sprayer, which I have now (just need to install). Sounds pretty crazy right? I

I'm not worried that my cruiser (130k miles) doesn't have enough power or torque for what I want to do. I'm worried about cracking a piston or something and being down for a while. Are there any good sites that sell aftermarket engine components? I'm looking for piston rods, heads, valves, injectors, etc.

Why replace when you can upgrade andreplace?

i beat the snot out of mine and have the mileage in my signature. you should just focus on maintenance items and leave the engine alone. aftermarket parts are generally not designed to last 300,000 miles.

i could buy 2 decent beater trucks for half the price you'd pay for parts + machine work to properly install the stuff you're looking for.

If the PT is all you have, use it as is until you can afford a beater truck for $1,000 or less. Too bad you don't live near me. I've got an old 3/4 ton Chevy you can have for less than $1K.

Also, the automatic transmission (if you have one) is likely to be the weak point. The 40TE was not made to take much stress.
