Default Rogue radio signals creating Panic attacks

I'm borrowing a 2001 SE for a couple of weeks, and I seem to have a problem:

I live in an industrial neighborhood. There seems to be some kind of a RF signal in my neighborhood that's setting off the RKE's panic button. In an attempt to prevent my neighbors from setting the car on fire, I'm thinking of either disabling the PT's RF transmitter or the horn's fuse. Problem is, I don't know where either of these items are. Any suggestions on where to find either of these items; or is there another way to disable the panic feature while I'm away?

The horn fuse is seperate (at least in my 01 Limited) and is located in the fuse box that's located in the engine compartment. It's a 15 amp light blue fuse which is number #14 in the fuse box.

the lights will still flash and drain your battery. you can disable the rke receiver function and put it in dealer lot mode. procedures are in the service manual.

If your could, that would help immensely (I do not have the manual available).

Thanks!
