Need little help window going crazzy

Unhappy Need little help window going crazzy

I have a 2005 convertible PT Cruiser the windows when you roll them down they go up when you roll them up they go down as you pull back the convertible top the windows go upI'm sure the windows are supposed to go down as you pull back the convertible top I'm not too sure what the problem is if anybody's had the same problem I could please use some help

Never seen a post on this problem before.
Only thing I can suggest is to reset the module.
On the convertible with both doors open disconnect the negative cable on the battery and wait 15 minutes to reset.
