Default Fluxuation on boost gauge normal?

Have a 07 turbo lite, have fluxuation between 20 to 17 at idle in park little movement 20 to 19 if that. No action or fan on when this accrues is this normal no movement on rpm gauge stays still.

I should have stated it was also a vac gauge,I figured when I said at idle it would be understood it was a vacuum reading due to me not moving, my bad thanks for 5he response appreciate it.
