Default Steam from radiator ONLY when A/C is on.

Hey guys,

06 Cruiser/120k miles

Seems every time it rains heavy my CEL comes on. Yesterday it happened and steam started coming through the A/C vents.

Today I popped the hood and checked the fuses and reset the CEL because it was not pulling a code.

I took the car for a ride around the neighborhood without the A/C on and the car was driving perfectly. When I hit my street I turned the A/C on and within a few seconds the CEL came on.

I let the car run with the A/C on full and noticed steam coming from the top of the radiator area. No, it does not smell sweet or like anything at all.

Car drives fine. I guess I won't use the A/C until I can afford to take it to a mechanic. Anyone else ever have similar issues, if so what was it?

Forgot to mention that on Friday afternoon I had the oil/fluids changed.
