Question Anyone changed the clutch master cylinder for a larger one?

This may not apply to our American friends as they will be mostly using Auto's I should think.

I'm thinking of getting a diesel cruiser (UK)and they only come in a manual and as I have a bad leg I'm thinking I could change the master cylinder for a larger one making it easier to press in and giving less travel as well.
