Default Spark plugs What is going on

my 05 LE turbo lite A/T 185,000 has not run well since I've bought it (8/16)
it smoked on start up
found the PCV valve had been gutted
replaced it stop smoking
2 quarts low on oil
Not low on coolant and does not over heat

two codes (O2 sensors) been on for last 10,000
while driving it yesterday got it up to hywy speed
and it started to chugging Eng lght started to flash
.
did a compression test 155-160-165-175
changed the plugs
here's what I found......what Im looking at.? never seen this.
sugar in gas .?
.
changed the plugs and miss went away

Those are perfect examples of ASH deposits. It is normally a result of the cars owner trying to fix a problem with the continual use of oil and gas additives. Using them for too long and using them too strong. If a gas additive says to add one can to a full tank of gas and you instead add it to a half tank (or less) of gas---that's not a good thing. Doing this to many times is one of the causes of what you found on your plugs. Some cleaners are more prone to do this than others.

I know you just bought your PT recently so the previous owners were almost certainly trying to fix a problem "the easy way" by using chemicals and not doing it correctly.

I suggest to redo your compression test. If the results are the same then redo a compression wet test. If the results are still within the same percentages then you should do a leak-down test.
The final may be a pressure test on the cooling system and a chemical block test.

Make sure that you do exactly 5 cycle per cylinder no less and no more on a cold engine all spark plugs out or your test results will not be accurate.

I think you may find some issues other then new spark plugs needing consideration for repair.

For the more experienced auto mechanical members look again at the plugs and the compression results!

The accumulation of deposits on firing end is influenced by oil leking fuel quality and the engine operating duration. Do what nitro suggested go from there. There most likely other problems then plugs. Good luck.

05 LE Turbo lite AT 185,000
.

.
Last night I redid the compression check cold then cold/wet
no more then 6 pumps per cylinder as recommended
.
Here's the numbers starting with
#1 ..150..Wet 162
#2 ..165..wet 190
#3 ..165..wet 185
#4 ..165..wet 200
also hooked up vac gauge between TB& Intake
cold at idle 18 psi slight needle shake.
Goosed it to around 2G rpm dropped to 14 psi
back to 18 psi repeated

I live on a small Island (14 mls long from shore to shore)
were the speed limit for the most part is 25 mph-40 mph
I can say with out a doubt this car has not been driven hard....
or for the most part over 55 mph in the last 5 yrs (10,000 mls)

The used cars:
Were I live suffer abuse from not getting hot enough
gunking up the Piston Ring's and Valves turn them into smokers in till they get to were
a burnt valve or smoke so badly they become..... YARD ART.!
Then Ethanol,Moisture,Vegitation, factors kicks in
makes it even hard to put back on the road
.
Which is how my car found me It was a smoker and
The Owner
didn't want to invest any more money.

I think I fixed most of the smoking part
PCV valve was broken
I'm sure Valve seals are fried (Thats next ToDo)
followed by new upper/lower O2 sensors
.
my issue now is when its cold it fall's on it's face in till
it up to norm temp or in
(close loop mode)

.

and surges above 40 mph the car (I feel)
act like it running lean
the code that are on are for both O2 sensors
.
