Exclamation AC blows hard when making LEFT turn or downshifting

2006 Pt Cruiser 4cyl base model. 81K miles.

I have a very weird issue, my AC blows cold (doesn't blow super hard) and cools inside of car nicely when driving or in idle. But this weird issue happens EVERY time now. When I make a LEFT turn or if I am downshifting into like 3rd or 2nd gear, AC blower blows extremely hard (not sure if it is suppose to be the normal hard as compared to how it blows when driving or idling).

When its hot outside, I get to the point where I look forward to left turns or downshifting as I'm driving.

I cannot find this particular issue online and I am usually very good with using google.

As far as car, it drives wonderful and has been actually very reliable.

Anybody have an idea what this could be? I would like it to blow like it does during left turns and downshifting to lower gears all the time. I sure hope someone can point me in the right direction.

maybe some loose or broken contacts inside the switch that move about with appropriate forces are applied. i would recon to take out the hvac control switch and try to have it replaced with one from the auto-wreckers ?

So the control panel switch perhaps? Now one thing I may try is to see if the same thing happens when the heater is on, as I have not done so yet. Anything else it could be?
